Customer Value & Insight Discovery: Rapid, structured research to surface what your customers actually think, need and do — and why they buy, renew or leave. I work flexibly depending on what you need: I can design and run the research end-to-end, coach your team to run it themselves, or blend the two. Findings are synthesised into executive-ready outputs with clear implications for product, pricing, messaging and sales.
Customer Feedback Loop Design & Audit: A review of how customer insight currently flows into your business and a practical plan to make it stick. Lightweight, sustainable processes across product, sales, marketing and service.
Product Management Competency Frameworks: A clear, shared framework for skills, behaviours and expectations across your product or portfolio team. Built collaboratively, grounded in your context, and designed to be actually used.
Training and Coaching: Often the entry point to working with me. A one-off training session for your PMs on customer discovery, or a block of coaching sessions to support a specific team member or project. Practical, flexible and grounded in real methods.

How I work:
Every engagement starts with understanding your specific challenge. From there I work iteratively and in focused phases, delivering structured outputs along the way so your team can act on findings as they emerge rather than waiting for a final report.
I prefer to spread projects over weeks rather than compress them into back-to-back days. A typical shape might be three days a week over four to six weeks, or a phased approach split across quarters to fit budget cycles. It gives space for reflection, synthesis and proper stakeholder engagement — which is where the real value lands.
I work remotely and in person, and I'm based in London. For ongoing strategic support, I work on a retained basis with select clients.
Typical project fees range from £5,000 to £15,000+ depending on scope.

Customer Discovery Sprint
£3,950 + VAT
A focused sprint for when you already know talking to customers is the right next step. I'll design the research, run five in-depth interviews, analyse the findings and deliver a concise insight deck to inform your decisions.
Good for: established founders and scale-ups making significant product or business decisions who need real customer evidence, fast.
