That’s totally fine. This session works best if you are in the early stages of a new business or new product/service idea and want to sense-check your idea before investing too much time and money.

Absolutely. I work with all kinds of businesses, from niche B2B services to consumer brands. The frameworks and techniques I use are flexible and designed to work across sectors. It’s all about understanding your customers better, whatever the context.

I work with both product and service businesses, across B2B and B2C — from solo founders and freelancers to growing teams. Previous clients have included e-commerce brands, tech platforms, food and beverage businesses, consultants, and retailers. If you’re launching something new and want sharper customer insight, we’ll probably work well together.

That depends on you. I’m happy to record the session, just let me know beforehand. I don’t record by default for sustainability and privacy reasons (most people don’t end up watching them!).
